Finding the Peoria yard.
We're at 8798 N Pioneer Rd, Peoria, IL 61615, on the northwest side of the city just off IL-91 (War Memorial Drive). The yard is easy to find with GPS — look for the IBC Solutions Illinois sign and the tote rows visible from the road.
From I-74: Take Exit 89 (University St/War Memorial Dr) northbound, then head west on IL-91. Pioneer Rd is approximately 2 miles west of the exit. Turn north on Pioneer Rd — we're the second commercial property on the right.
Walk-in visits are welcome during business hours. Email ahead for larger pickups so we can stage your order before you arrive.

Why don't you have a phone number?
Every request we receive by email is tracked, answered in full, and on record. Phone calls get lost in memory and leave no paper trail — which means follow-through suffers and details get missed. Email lets us give you a complete, considered answer instead of a rushed verbal quote. We respond within one business day, which is faster than most companies return a voicemail anyway.
How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day — that's our standing promise. In practice, most emails sent before noon Central are answered the same day. If you email Friday afternoon, you'll hear from us Monday morning.
Can I come pick up totes without an order in advance?
Walk-in pickup is welcome during business hours (Mon–Fri 7–5, Sat 8–noon). That said, emailing ahead is strongly recommended so we can stage your order, confirm availability in the grade you need, and have a gate slot ready. Surprise pickups sometimes mean a wait while we pull inventory.
Do you deliver, or is everything pickup?
Both. We run our own delivery routes across Illinois and the greater Midwest. Full truckloads (40 totes) are the most freight-efficient option. Smaller quantities can often ride on a route that's already passing near you. Give us your ZIP and quantity and we'll quote it honestly — sometimes local pickup pencils out better for smaller orders.
What's the minimum order?
There's no hard minimum. We sell single totes to walk-in customers and full truckloads to industrial accounts. Delivery economics get better as quantity goes up — for a single tote, local pickup from our Peoria yard usually makes the most sense.
I have a lot of empties to get rid of. Can you take them?
Quite possibly, yes. Tell us the quantity, prior contents, general condition, and your location. We'll assess whether they fit our reconditioning or recovery stream and give you a straight answer. If they're worth something to us, we'll quote a buyback price. If they need recovery, we'll explain what that looks like.
Can I get a standing order for recurring supply?
Yes — recurring accounts are some of our favorite customers. We can set up scheduled deliveries on monthly or quarterly cycles, reserve inventory for you in advance, and invoice on a net-30 schedule for qualifying accounts. Mention your cadence in your first email and we'll build that into the quote.
